The philosophy behind
InvesTeam Realty
I started InvesTeam Realty because I kept seeing the same pattern in real estate: brokerages that recruited agents to collect splits and then left them to figure everything out alone. New agents failed because no one invested in them. Experienced agents plateaued because no one challenged them to grow.
InvesTeam Realty was built to be the opposite of that. We are a smaller, tighter team by choice, because real support requires real attention. If you are looking for a place that signs you up and forgets you, this is not it. If you are looking for a broker who answers the phone and actually cares about your next deal, this is exactly it.
