My Story
It started the way
it does for most of us
I started in real estate the way most people do, with a license, a lot of drive, and no shortage of things to learn. What I did not expect was how completely this profession would shape my thinking about leadership, service, and the responsibility that comes with helping people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Over more than two decades, I have been involved in thousands of transactions across residential, commercial, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. That volume is not something I lead with to impress. I lead with it because it represents the enormous trust that clients, agents, and partners have placed in me, and I do not take that lightly.
Today, my focus is as much on the agents I work with as it is on the market itself. I have trained hundreds of real estate professionals, published books on sales and leadership, and built a content and education platform to share what I have learned in a practical, immediately useful way.
Along the way I earned 16 NAR professional designations, including the Pricing Strategy Advisor and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert credentials, the two most directly tied to getting clients the best possible outcome on every transaction. But credentials are only useful if they translate into better service and better mentorship, and that is the only reason I pursued them.
The throughline of everything I do is simple. I want to help people grow. That is what gets me up in the morning, and it is the standard I hold every agent on my team to as well.
