About InvesTeam Realty

InvesTeam Realty is a full service residential and commercial real estate brokerage serving all of South Florida. We are a team based brokerage, meaning we operate with intentional structure, direct broker involvement, and a culture built around trust and client outcomes. We are not a warehouse brokerage that signs anyone and then leaves agents to figure things out alone.
Our office is located at 8400 NW 36th Street, Suite 450, Doral, FL 33166. We serve agents and clients across all of Miami Dade, Broward, and South Florida. You do not need to work exclusively out of the Doral office to be on our team.
Reinaldo Gonzalez is the Founder and Broker of InvesTeam Realty. He has been licensed in Florida for more than 24 years and works across both residential and commercial real estate in South Florida. He is also a published author of two books on sales and trust: The Science of Trust in Sales (English) and En Ventas, la Certeza es el Secreto (Spanish). Reinaldo is directly involved in the team’s day to day work, not just a figurehead on a website.
We keep the team intentionally sized. We are not trying to be the biggest brokerage in Miami. We are trying to be the best team for the right agents. Our size means every agent gets real attention from the broker, not a support ticket and a voicemail.

Commission and Compensation

We do not publish a single split number because we do not offer a one size fits all structure. Your split is discussed personally based on your experience, production history, and what support you need. We believe the right arrangement is one where both parties feel it is fair and sustainable. Schedule a conversation and we will walk through the specifics for your situation with full transparency.
Fee structure is discussed directly as part of the onboarding conversation. We do not believe in burying fees in the fine print. Everything is disclosed clearly before you join, and there are no surprises at closing.
Lead availability and any associated lead programs are part of the onboarding discussion. We are honest about what we provide and what you are responsible for generating yourself. We will never promise leads we cannot deliver. Part of our training also focuses on how to consistently generate your own clients in the Miami and South Florida market so you are never dependent on a single source.

Training and Support

We offer structured onboarding, transaction coaching, sales and trust training based on Reinaldo’s published books, marketing and personal branding guidance, and bilingual client handling for the Miami and South Florida market. Yes. Direct broker access is one of the core reasons agents join InvesTeam Realty. Reinaldo is reachable and involved. You will not be routed to an office manager or a junior associate when a transaction gets complicated. That access is part of what makes this team work.
Yes. Professional listing presentations, social media assets, and digital marketing materials are part of what InvesTeam Realty agents have access to. These are available in both English and Spanish to serve the full South Florida market.

New Agents

Yes. We welcome newly licensed agents who are serious about building a career in South Florida real estate. What we look for in a new agent is not experience but the right mindset: coachable, committed, and honest. There is no fixed timeline because every agent’s starting point, network, and effort level is different. What we can tell you is that agents who follow the process, stay consistent, and lean on the broker support available typically see meaningful progress in their first few months. We do not believe in false promises about timelines, only in giving you the tools to move as fast as you are willing to work.
Yes, and deliberately so. Our training is designed specifically for South Florida, not generic nationwide curriculum. You will learn about the Miami buyer, the international client, the South Florida investor, the bilingual transaction, and the nuances of working in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country. That context matters and most large brokerages do not provide it.

Experienced Agents

That is the right question to ask. If you are producing and genuinely happy where you are, you may not have a reason to move. But if you are producing despite your brokerage rather than because of it, that is worth examining. Experienced agents who join InvesTeam Realty typically do so because they want a broker who is actually present, a culture built on trust, and an environment where their experience is valued and their growth is possible. Yes. InvesTeam Realty serves all of South Florida. Experienced agents are not limited to a single neighborhood or submarket. Our broker’s background spans both residential and commercial real estate across the region, which means the support available to you covers a wide range of transaction types and locations.

Bilingual Resources

Yes. InvesTeam Realty is fully bilingual by design. Training, marketing materials, and broker communication are all available in both English and Spanish. South Florida is one of the most bilingual markets in the country and a large portion of residents speak Spanish at home. We do not treat bilingual support as an add on. It is built into everything we do.
No. Being bilingual is an asset in the Miami market but it is not a requirement to join InvesTeam Realty. English speaking agents are absolutely welcome. If you are not bilingual, we can still help you serve clients effectively and build a strong business in South Florida.

The Joining Process

The process starts with a short message through our Apply page. No formal resume required to start. Just a brief intro about who you are and where you are in your real estate career. Reinaldo will follow up personally to schedule a conversation. The whole process is pressure free from beginning to end.
No. If there is a mutual fit and you are ready to join, great. If you need more time or have more questions, that is completely fine. We would rather you join when you are genuinely ready than sign you up and lose you in three months because the fit was not right. The decision is always yours and we will respect your timeline.
For most positions on our team, yes. You will need an active Florida real estate license to work with clients and transact. If you are in the process of getting licensed, you are welcome to reach out and start the conversation. We can talk about timing and what the transition might look like once your license is active.
